| 30th December, 2008 - 8:24 am | Los Angeles Times - Dodgers' GM Ned Colletti said on Monday that Manny Ramirez is still the team's first choice in free agency.
"I'm assuming, if Manny wants to play here, we'll hear at some point from Scott [Boras]," Colletti said. "Manny is our first choice."
Los Angeles offered Ramirez a two-year, $45-million contract eight weeks ago, then withdrew the offer after Boras declined to propose a counteroffer.
