Greinke To Make Opening Day Start

MLB.com - Royals ace Zack Greinke will make his first Opening Day start in 2010.

Greinke was the 2009 AL Cy Young winner after a 16-8, 2.16-ERA season.

"Zack is starting on Opening Day and Gil [Meche] will pitch Game 2, barring anything unforeseen, and both those guys know that already," manager Trey Hillman said.

Meche has started Kansas City's last two openers. [READ]
